1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: 2 to 10 working days – free of cost
• Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 working days – 50₹ extra

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to India. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 7 working days of delivery. If your package is lost (didn’t arrive, unable to track or wrongly marked as delivered), please contact us immediately.

7. International Shipping

We ship world-wide. Our maximum delivery time is 45 days. We will process all international orders within 3 days.
